The Naked Pharmacy

The Naked Pharmacy approached 1HUTCH with challenges in updating their existing site. Following a full site audit and discovery call, we identified inefficiencies in the backend, leading to the decision to replatform to Shopify Plus. The brief also included email automation, paid advertising, advanced app integration, and ongoing website management.

Shopify Plus

After a thorough site audit, 1HUTCH upgraded The Naked Pharmacy to Shopify Plus, creating a fully customisable platform that seamlessly syncs their online and retail POS systems. This upgrade enabled The Naked Pharmacy to expand into over 150 countries, simplifying their global localisation strategy and positioning them for international growth.

Email Automation

1HUTCH integrated Klaviyo to create fully automated email flows for The Naked Pharmacy. We designed and implemented all the emails, set up custom flows, and optimised delivery times to ensure each email reached its audience at the perfect moment for maximum engagement and success.

Paid Advertising

1HUTCH managed all paid advertising for The Naked Pharmacy, designing and scheduling ads across Google and social platforms. We monitored performance daily and provided detailed reporting through a bespoke analytics dashboard, ensuring the campaigns were optimised for maximum reach and results.

App Integration

For The Naked Pharmacy, 1HUTCH seamlessly integrated several advanced apps to enhance both the customer and merchant experience. We implemented Gorgias to centralise customer service across emails, social platforms, and subscriptions. Additionally, we introduced a pre-order app for new product launches, and a subscription app to help build a loyal customer base, offering exclusive discounts for subscribers. We finally installed an and an upsell app for product recommendations. Each app was strategically integrated to streamline operations and boost customer engagement.

Ongoing Website Management

1HUTCH provided ongoing website management for The Naked Pharmacy, including weekly tech and marketing calls to address customer issues and support their care team. We actively assisted in growing online sales through performance marketing, regular front and back-end updates, and collaborating with The Naked Pharmacy’s preferred photographers to refresh imagery. Additionally, 1HUTCH managed integrations with The Naked Pharmacy's logistics company, ensuring smooth operations and solving any issues that arose.
