On Saturday, November 9th, Neil and Katie from 1HUTCH were invited to attend the annual Sponsored Breaks Black Tie Ball at the stunning Weston Park Manor House. It was the first time seeing the 1HUTCH logo on the Sponsored Breaks campervan in person, and we were not disappointed!
The night started with welcome drinks and canopies, mingling with fellow sponsors and supporters of Sponsored Breaks, and a chance to get some professional photos with the campervan. A live singer and pianist set the vibe beautifully, followed by an emotional speech from Si and Harri about their incredible work with Sponsored Breaks.
A game of heads or tails brought lots of laughs with our new friends, and the prize winner celebrated with a bottle of Moët. We were then treated to a second set of live music, whilst we enjoyed our main course. The raffle winners were then announced and the incredible prizes included: a signed Wolverhampton Wanderers shirt, a beautiful one-of-a-kind commissioned painting by Laura Butcher and a complimentary 3-night stay. Although 1HUTCH missed out on prizes, it didn’t stop us from joining the late-night Cellar Party with complimentary shots and a guest-curated playlist, dancing until we dropped!
The night was a resounding success! Si and Harri should be incredibly proud of themselves and the incredible charity that they run – we can’t wait to do it all again at the next event!
